Cropsey - I negotiated and closed a co-production deal with Old Lime Productions and then hired Adam Robitel (The Taking of Deborah Logan) to adapt the story.
The Devil’s Rooming House - The film is based on the true story of Amy Archer, the most prolific female serial killer to ever live. The book is being adapted by Max La Bella (Demonic). I acquired the rights to the book and partnered with Old Lime Productions to finance the development of the book.
Street Soldier - currently in development, I acquired the book rights, a Boston Globe bestseller by Edward MacKenzie Jr about his life as an enforcer for Whitey Bulger and packaged the project.
The Last Word - I produced this feature film for A7SLE Films with Boss Media. The film is based on the terrifying true story of Johnny Frank Garrett, who placed a curse on everyone responsible for sentencing him to die. I negotiated and acquired the rights to the documentary of the same name by Jesse Quackenbush and then negotiated and closed a deal with Boss Media to finance and co-produce the film.
Telling You - I co-wrote, and directed Telling You starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Dash Mihok, Jennie Garth, Peter Facinelli and Matt Lillard. The film was produced by Division 1 Entertainment, which I co-founded with Chris DeFranco and David DuPuy. We raised the shoe string budget of $300k and shot the film in Burbank, CA and a nice of job making it look like Long Island, NY.
After being accepted to the Hollywood Film Festival, we sold the movie to Miramax Films. Our timing was right; after a limited release in theaters, we did extremely well in the DVD market.
